Where does Bluebird Candy Dish Co. find such lovely glassware?

Bluebird Candy Dish Co.'s candy dish collection comes from a range of sources, from age-old midwestern glass companies that still use antique glass patterns to hip east coast companies focused on innovative design.  We are constantly seeking new products to add to our candy dish selection. 

Does Bluebird sell antique glassware?

No, not at this time.  All glassware sold by Bluebird Candy Dish Co. is new.  However, many of the vintage-inspired candy dishes are made using traditional techniques and incorporate antique glass patterns. 

What are your shipping policies?

All orders are shipped via UPS ground or as otherwise selected by the customer at checkout.  Items that are in stock typically ship within two business days. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you and let you decide if you want to continue with the order.  If you do, we will ship the item the next business day following the availability of the item.  If you would like to rush an order, please email us at info@bluebirdcandydish.com or call us at 720.663.1715.  

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

All items may be either be (i) returned for store credit or (ii) exchanged for a different color of an identical value. Returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days upon receipt of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable and if an item is exchanged for a different color of an identical value, shipping charges will also apply with regard to shipping the new color.  Returns must be well packed, unused, and sent in the original packaging through a delivery service that provides tracking. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery receipt.  Please contact us at 720.663.1715 for authorization and shipping information. 

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of when the order is placed.  If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us via email at info@bluebirdcandydish.com or via telephone at 720.663.1715.  No cancellations will be accepted once an order is shipped.  

What do you recommend regarding materials, quality and care?

Variations in size, color and texture may occur due to the delicate nature of our products.  All such variations are an integral aspect of an item's character and are not flaws.  All items should be handwashed and handled gently.  Upon receipt of a glassware item in extreme temperatures typical of summer and winter, bring the box inside and leave unopened for at least one hour.  Opening the item immediately may cause the item to crack.
